Well I love the concept 1st of all.
The model needs more headroom...it leads the eye off the page, maybe shrink her down and move her right below the branch line.
The backdrop is too bright, especially in the middle. If you darken it, it will not only bring out your model , but also make the transformation to snow really "pop"

Thank you for your ideas. I darkened the background, and I think it made it so much better. I tried to make her smaller, but I failed, so I kept it the way it is.

Please tell me what you think of this new version of the image, now uploaded.

This is a really interesting piece!

I would say you probably could use a bit more contrast, but I wouldn't mess too much with the coloring. The blue gives it a cold feel to it and I wouldn't want that to be lost.

As for the dress, I would suggest having it stay corporeal for just a bit further down before fading.
